This year, we’re excited to launch our Fitness Bootcamp – a high-energy program designed to improve strength, fitness, and overall conditioning in a fun and supportive environment.
Sessions will focus on full-body workouts, combining cardio, strength, agility, and core exercises. Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels and delivered in a motivating group setting by experienced coaches.
The program runs for five weeks, with one session per week on Thursday nights 6pm, each lasting one hour.

Cost: Just $75 per player
